Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead key operations in support of the Peace Corps. As the primary authority, you will work closely with senior management in the Office of Volunteer Recruitment and Selection (VRS) to manage program execution both virtually and on-site.

Duties include:

  • Serving as the Contractor's representative and managing key aspects of program execution.
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators using project management dashboards and workforce management tools.
  • Refining leads, supporting recruitment activities, and assisting with inquiries using Power BI and other CRM tools.
  • Providing training, conducting briefings, and offering ongoing assistance to ensure smooth project operation.
  • Briefing VRS senior management on project status, recruitment activities, and operational challenges.
  • Ensuring adherence to contract requirements and timely completion of project deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and five years of managerial experience, with a focus on recruiting and program management.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

This position requires a background investigation from our client, which includes a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history check.
