Finance Operations Manager

CINQCARE is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional care to Black and Brown communities. We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Operations Manager to lead our financial operations, support strategic growth, and manage accounting operations with precision.
">- We estimate the salary for this position to be around $110,000 - $140,000 per year, based on the job requirements and location in Washington DC.
The Finance Operations Manager will report directly to the Financial Controller and be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, overseeing treasury/cash management, tax compliance, and internal controls.
">- This role requires a minimum of four years of experience in public accounting or corporate finance/controllership, preferably in healthcare or a regulated industry. Knowledge of GAAP and healthcare accounting practices is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial management systems, including proficiency in SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite. They must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and build effective relationships across all functions.
">Key Responsibilities:">- Financial Operations & Oversight: Manage daily accounting operations, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, oversee treasury/cash management, tax compliance, and internal controls.
- Team Development: Invest in and develop the skills of the staff accountant, while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing insights to optimize business operations and mitigate risks.
- Compliance & Audit: Support corporate tax and statutory compliance and lead the planning and execution of annual external audits.
- System Implementation: Drive the implementation of a commercial ERP system to enhance operational efficiencies and streamline processes.
- Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Collaborate with leaders during budget preparation to support CINQCARE's business strategy, develop sustainable revenue models, and create solutions that enhance business value.

Working Environment:">This position requires hybrid work, with occasional need to sit for extended periods, communicate with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers in person and over devices, sometimes with people who are agitated.
