Job Overview

The Bay Family of Companies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in Northern Mississippi and western Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, insulation companies, brokers, manufacturers, and other specifiers of Metal Building Insulation.
  • Represent EXPI-DOOR Systems Inc. and promote Bay Insulation Systems and products throughout the district.
  • Generate new customers and new sales, while continuing to build current customer relationships.
  • Manage internal customer support and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues.

Requirements:

  • 4 or more years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in construction-related sales.
  • Strong knowledge of metal building construction and experience in the industry is preferred.
  • A college degree is preferred, but not required.
