About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. As the Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, generating demand for our services, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with our business objectives and target market segments.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to define marketing goals, KPIs, and budget allocation.
  • Marketing Campaigns:
    • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and more.
    • Develop compelling messaging and creative assets that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Brand Management:
    • Oversee the development and maintenance of our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints.
    • Drive brand awareness and thought leadership through thoughtfully curated content, thought leadership initiatives, and industry partnerships.
    • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and media partners to amplify our brand presence.
  • Media Channel Assessment:
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of earned, owned, and paid media channels in reaching and engaging target audiences.
    • Identify opportunities to optimize media mix, allocate budgets strategically, and maximize ROI.
    • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising technology to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture that encourages cross-functional teamwork and knowledge sharing.
    • Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives with overall business strategies.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, with a track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
    • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, advertising technology, and industry best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly, influence stakeholders, and build consensus.
    • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving innovation and delivering measurable business impact.
    • Experience working with agencies and local media companies is a plus.
    • Experience with utilizing HubSpot's marketing automation and CRM capabilities.
