Description:

The Client Success Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the Support Team, ensuring that clients are consistently satisfied with our services. This position entails managing the onboarding process for new clients, delegating tasks for various projects, and coordinating meetings to ensure seamless communication. Additionally, the Client Success Manager is responsible for providing regular reports to the Director of Support, gaining a comprehensive understanding of all facets of the Digi Solutions support team.

  • Basic knowledge of website development, graphic design, and PPC


Responsibilities:

  • Setting and coordinating appointments. 
  • Build enriching customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction and drive the sales process.
  • Establish trust among customers, leading to a strong network of clientele and prospects.
  • Play an active role in day-to-day operations to drive business growth.
  • Ensuring customers understand their purchase options and pricing.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, handle inquiries, and assist with any needs while ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our products/services to effectively answer customer questions and provide recommendations when necessary.
  • Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures  to ensure accuracy.
  • Managing team members and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
