Fabletics Retail Sales Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Lead to join our team at Fabletics Retail Store in Honolulu, HI. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and supporting store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Embody our company culture and values by providing a high level of self-accountability and setting a positive example for team members.
  • Engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on our products, including fabrics, features, fit, and function.
  • Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Provide training and feedback to associates on our customer experience playbook and performance expectations.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines to ensure a seamless customer shopping experience.
  • Participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
  • Meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to customers and team members.
  • Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain all safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
  • Unpack boxes for inventory as required.
Requirements:
  • 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment, with prior retail management experience a plus.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling, spin, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
  • Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside of the store environment.
  • Ability to work with large teams.
  • Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to bring out the best in others.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
  • This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
