As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales and operations, and working closely with the Store Manager and team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody our company culture and values by demonstrating a high level of self-accountability and setting a positive example for team members.
  • Engage customers in meaningful ways by providing knowledge on our products, features, and benefits.
  • Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Provide training and feedback on our customer experience playbook and performance expectations.
  • Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines to ensure a seamless customer shopping experience.
  • Participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
  • Meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to customers and team members.
  • Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain all safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
Requirements
  • 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment, with prior retail management experience a plus.
  • Knowledge and familiarity of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
  • Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners.
  • Ability to work with large teams and have great interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
