Job Title: Retail Sales Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Lead to join our team at Fabletics Retail Store in Honolulu, HI. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.

Responsibilities:
  • Embody our company culture and values by providing a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on our products.
  • Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Provide training and feedback to associates on our customer experience playbook and performance expectations.
  • Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines to ensure a seamless customer shopping experience.
  • Participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
  • Meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to customers and associates.
  • Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain all safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
Requirements:
  • 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment, with prior retail management experience a plus.
  • Knowledge and familiarity of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
  • Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners.
  • Ability to work with large teams and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated and a good communicator with the ability to bring out the best in others.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
