Job Description

Fabletics Retail is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our team at International Marketplace in Honolulu, HI.

As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail store. You will work closely with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing a best-in-class customer experience through personalized service and product knowledge
  • Driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and techniques
  • Working closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Providing training and feedback to sales associates to ensure they meet performance expectations
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on new products and promotions
  • Assisting with visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment

Requirements:

  • 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment
  • Prior retail management experience, a plus
  • Knowledge and familiarity of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, and other healthy activities
  • Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside of the store environment
  • Ability to work with large teams
  • Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems
  • Self-motivated, a good communicator with an innate ability to bring the best out of others
  • The ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure
  • Flexibility in work hours, open to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays
