Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Bunzl Distribution USA. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues in a timely manner, and serving as a liaison between our sales staff and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inquiries from distributors, end-users, and manufacturers reps.
- Enter and process orders.
- Investigate customer problems and/or complaints to successful resolution.
- Maintain relationships with both internal and external customers with exceptional service.
- Function as a liaison between customer service and other departments in the company to address customer needs.
- Expedite orders as required.
- Work effectively in a team environment to meet business goals and objectives.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent with a minimum of 2+ years' of customer service experience with technical products.
- AS400 experience is a plus.
- Ability to effectively work in a Windows environment with experience in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem solver with the ability to multi-task using judgment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent detail-oriented customer service skills.
- Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) a plus.
