Business Development Supervisor

You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by providing exceptional customer experiences and adhering to established company standards. As a key member of the Burger Monger team, your responsibilities include:
- Overseeing service standards to ensure consistent high-quality customer interactions;
- Addressing guest complaints promptly and professionally to maintain a positive reputation;
- Covering shifts when the manager is unavailable to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving sales growth through effective customer engagement strategies;
- Developing and implementing processes to improve operational efficiency;
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to inform business decisions.
Compensation:
$19-$21 per hour, inclusive of gratuities.
