Job Description

BryceTech is seeking a highly skilled Senior Acquisition Specialist to support our US Space Force, Space Systems Command (SSC) customer.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in acquisition management, with experience in supporting classified programs and working with government agencies. They will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Government program manager, including processing and tracking large volumes of program critical information, coordinating with geographically separated team members, and leading the monitoring and financial execution of classified programs.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the acquisition life cycle, including the planning, execution, and monitoring of programs. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with government agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Government program manager on commitments, obligations, and expenditures of funds
  • Perform earned value management and schedule analysis in support of program office defense contracts
  • Provide subject matter expertise in support of Integrated Baseline Reviews/Business Financial Reviews
  • Assist the Government in the execution of routine business operations, including executive level administrative support, office management, personnel management, and configuration and data management
  • Develop, document, modify, transition, and maintain standard functional databases to support organizations in meeting mission requirements

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree and over 10 years of relative experience
  • Experience with the MS Office suite of tools
  • TS/SCI eligibility and current SCI access
