Job Description:

Vitality Living is seeking a skilled Medication Technician to join our care team. As a Medication Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the physical, social, and psychological environment that supports the best interest and welfare of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining a clean, safe environment in the community.
  • Maintain residents' records daily in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedure.
  • Complete an accurate accounting of all medications, including controlled substances as per policy.
  • Assist with completion of medication cart audits per policy and direction of leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Current Medication Technician and CPR/First Aid certifications from a state-approved program.
  • At least 6 months experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
