Job Overview

Vitality Living is seeking a Certified Medication Technician to join our team at Vitality Living St. Matthews. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the physical, social, and psychological environment that supports the best interest and welfare of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining a clean, safe environment in the community
  • Document resident records daily, including medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations
  • Complete medication cart audits and maintain accurate records
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current Medication Technician and CPR/First Aid certifications
  • At least 6 months experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English
