Housekeeping Attendants are vital in upholding the cleanliness and standards of our prestigious 4 Diamond property.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly clean and prepare all unoccupied guest rooms on a daily basis, which includes washing linens, making beds, dusting furniture, mopping floors, sanitizing bathrooms, restocking amenities, and managing waste disposal.
  • Inspect rooms using a standardized checklist to guarantee comprehensive cleaning.
  • Safeguard the safety and privacy of guests' personal items.
  • Promptly report any damages or issues within rooms to the supervisor.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness in guest areas, banquet rooms, hallways, and lobbies as required.
  • Support team objectives by fulfilling assigned tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve daily cleaning goals.
  • Willingness to work 5-7 days a week, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
  • Capable of efficiently cleaning up to 16 guest rooms per day.
  • Exhibited skills in attention to detail, speed, accuracy, organization, and customer service.
  • Prior experience in Housekeeping, preferably in a Forbes or AAA-rated 4 Diamond establishment, is advantageous.
