**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly organized Lease Administration Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for coordinating lease administration activities, including tracking lease information and supporting financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a Bachelor's Degree and up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate lease administration activities
  • Track lease information, property values, capital expenditures, rental rates, and real estate assignments
  • Support financial reporting and analysis

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience
