In this role, you will be engaged in temporary projects focused on assembling various light components, including decoders, channels, junction boxes, and controls, utilizing basic hand tools.
Work Environment: You will find yourself in a relaxed and casual setting where you can listen to music and wear comfortable attire. There is no drug testing required, and we are eager to welcome individuals who can start immediately.
Compensation: The pay range for this position is between $19 - $20.5 per hour.
Shift: First shift
Work Hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
Education Requirement: High School diploma or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and follow written work instructions, blueprints, and bills of materials.
- Solder and assemble low voltage LED products.
- Receive and manage raw materials from suppliers.
- Package completed products for distribution.
- Conduct inventory checks and perform cycle counts.
- Organize and prepare raw materials for production.
Essential Functions:
- Must wear steel toe shoes.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
Required Skills:

- Soldering
- Packaging
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Experience level: Experienced.
