Key Responsibilities:
  • Program and operate CNC routers to produce parts and assemblies
  • Develop and implement efficient production methods and processes
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of parts and assemblies
  • Perform quality control checks on finished parts and assemblies
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience with CNC programming and operation
  • Experience with SigmaNest or similar CAM software
  • Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SigmaNest training course completion certificate
  • SolidWorks training certificate
  • SolidWorks PDM experience
  • AAS degree in an applicable machine tool field
