Outfitter Specialist

Job Summary:

Copper River Management Company is seeking a highly skilled Outfitter I to join our team. As an Outfitter I, you will be responsible for the installation of mechanical systems, steering hydraulics, engines, fuel lines, electrical systems, wiring, and all types of accessories. You will also be responsible for the full assembly of boat trailers and performing rigging as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of mechanical systems, steering hydraulics, engines, fuel lines, electrical systems, wiring, and all types of accessories.
• Full assembly of boat trailers.
• Performing rigging as required.
• Ensuring adherence to established quality control standards and procedures.
• Maintaining site cleanliness and using drawings efficiently.
• Completing tasks according to reasonable and planned resource hours.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (GED) or equivalent.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Attention to detail and accuracy while working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, bend, grasp, sit, pull, push, stoop, and stretch.
