Pye Barker Fire and Safety LLC is seeking a highly skilled Fire Sprinkler System Design Manager to lead our team of designers in creating innovative and effective fire protection solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to ensure the quality and timeliness of all design work performed by the department.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire sprinkler system design, with experience in leading teams and managing projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for creating and implementing procedures, standards, and process improvements to enhance the quality and timeliness of design work. Additionally, you will provide recommendations to executive management as needed regarding necessary equipment, personnel needs/changes, and the strategic direction for the department.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of NFPA 13 and other relevant NFPA standards, as well as experience with AutoCAD and sprinkler design software, especially HydraCAD. You will also be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
