Job Description

Erias Ventures is a dynamic company that values innovation and entrepreneurship. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system engineering, with experience in requirements capture and analysis, systems analysis, planning, and collaboration. They will also have expertise in research network topologies, architectures, protocols, and storage.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-level system designs and network diagrams, determining and evaluating data and storage requirements, and providing engineering support to planning, development, integration, testing, and evaluation of prototypes and systems.

In addition, the candidate will assist SIGINT analysts with technical issues, provide engineering support for TechSIGINT tool requirements, and validate the technical integrity of system designs and deliverables.

The minimum requirements for this position include a current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance, a bachelor's degree in system engineering, computer science, or a related field, and a minimum of 14 years of experience as a system engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
