Surgical Team Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Surgical Team Associate to join our team at Major Health Partners. As a vital member of the operating room staff, you will work closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing the operating surgeon's sterile table and anticipate their needs during procedures.
- Pass instruments to surgeons, help with cleaning the operating room, and assist with transporting patients to and from the operating room.
- Maintain accurate inventory of equipment and supplies, ensuring they are available when needed.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved school for Surgical Technologists or equivalent experience.
- Possess current CPR certification.
- Skilled in caring for all age groups, able to make informed decisions regarding instrument size and suture size.
