We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Physician to serve as our Health Center Medical Director in Indianapolis, IN.
This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality, proactive primary care with an emphasis on prevention, wellness, and managing chronic conditions. As a medical director, you will play a vital role in shaping the health center's vision and strategy while ensuring excellent patient-provider relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care as a family physician
- Serve as the medical director for our health center, overseeing clinical operations and strategy
- Promote preventive care and disease management initiatives
- Foster strong relationships with patients, staff, and community partners
- A competitive salary range of $225,000 - $250,000 per year, based on experience
- Non-production-based compensation package
