Job Overview

Are you passionate about managing financial data and ensuring accuracy in accounting? The TruAdvantage Team is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Record Specialist to maintain our financial records and support our accounting processes.

Compensation:

$42,000+ based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the completeness of accounts receivable and payable
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks including data entry and record maintenance
  • Oversee payroll functions to guarantee timely employee compensation
  • Confirm the accuracy of day books and all ledgers
  • Reconcile bank statements and generate financial reports
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong time management, analytical, and communication abilities
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting firm or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline is mandatory
  • Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and fundamental accounting software
  • Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
