Bank Reconciliation:
Conduct regular bank reconciliations to guarantee precise financial records and detect discrepancies.
Payroll Administration:
Administer payroll accurately and punctually, including wage calculations, deductions, and paycheck issuance.
Financial Reporting:
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, encompassing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Budgeting and Financial Forecasting:
Aid in the formulation and supervision of budgets and financial forecasts.
Tax Compliance:
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local tax regulations, and assist with tax submissions.
Internal Controls:

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Experience:
A minimum of 2-4 years of financial/accounting experience, preferably within the financial sector.
Software Skills:
Proficient in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Detail Orientation:
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
Analytical Abilities:
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Time Management:
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
