Role Summary
The Director of Student Recruitment will lead the charge in creating and executing strategic initiatives aimed at attracting prospective students and their families. This position will work closely with various teams to ensure schools are fully enrolled, allowing students to pursue their aspirations.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Development: Formulate and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with the school's mission and enrollment objectives.
- Event Coordination: Organize recruitment events such as school fairs and community outreach initiatives to engage potential students.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate partnerships with feeder schools and community organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Community Engagement: Promote awareness through grassroots outreach, including direct community engagement.
- Resource Management: Ensure the recruitment team has the necessary materials and resources for effective outreach.
Team Leadership:
Build and manage a diverse and high-performing recruitment team, fostering an inclusive culture that maximizes individual strengths and drives team success.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Establish metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and prepare reports for stakeholders on trends and projections.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven project management abilities with a focus on detail and timely results.
- Experience in enrollment management or admissions leadership within an educational context.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Work Environment
This position may require evening and weekend work, and travel may be necessary for various recruitment activities.
Compensation and Benefits
