Your Responsibilities:
As an Insurance Sales Consultant, your primary focus will be on selling nonstandard auto insurance to both new and existing clients.
- Generate new business while maintaining existing accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Foster relationships with current customers to achieve agreed-upon production goals.
- Ensure accurate handling of all financial transactions and timely deposits with proper documentation.
- Quickly establish rapport with clients, providing education and advice on suitable insurance products.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Preferred: Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers
- Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
- Ambitious individuals motivated by opportunities for advancement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
