Your Responsibilities:

As an Insurance Sales Consultant, your primary focus will be on selling nonstandard auto insurance to both new and existing clients.

  • Generate new business while maintaining existing accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Foster relationships with current customers to achieve agreed-upon production goals.
  • Ensure accurate handling of all financial transactions and timely deposits with proper documentation.
  • Quickly establish rapport with clients, providing education and advice on suitable insurance products.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Preferred: Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
  • Ambitious individuals motivated by opportunities for advancement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
