Sales and Event Specialist

About the Role:

The Sales and Event Specialist will collaborate with the Sales Manager to drive new business and manage event bookings for Table 3 Restaurant Group. This role involves sales prospecting, business development, public relations, customer relationship management, event planning and coordination, logistics oversight, and revenue management.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Build and manage both short-term and long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Conduct regular meetings and facility tours with potential clients to showcase our services.
  • Collaborate with the management team to meet sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Event Planning & Coordination

  • Oversee all aspects of event planning, including logistics and contract management to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate event details with the Event Manager and Chef to ensure timely communication and delivery.
  • Create and revise event layouts and plans tailored to client needs and preferences.
  • Ensure all client information is accurately recorded in the Caterease system to manage selections and control costs.

Customer Relationship Management & Communication

  • Maintain excellent customer relations through clear and consistent communication to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Represent Table 3 Restaurant Group professionally, delivering a polished and articulate image to clients and vendors.
  • Strive to exceed customer satisfaction, ensuring positive event experiences and repeat business.
  • Provide clients, vendors, and internal teams with timely and accurate event details to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in event sales, including corporate meetings, trainings, luncheons, weddings, and other special occasions.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills to consolidate event details and create actionable plans.
  • Experience using event management software (Caterease or similar).
  • Must be available weekends and off business hours to meet with prospective clients.
