Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently conduct negotiations and contract negotiations for the conclusion of easements, lease or rental agreements, as well as access and right-of-way agreements in an assigned area.
  • Accurately and carefully document all processes.
  • Conduct negotiation talks on damage settlement.
  • Participate in citizen dialogues and take on special tasks.
  • Engage with a variety of conversation partners, including farmers, land managers, private individuals, and responsible persons.
