As a Maintenance Scheduler, you will support field verification to ensure the precision of data within the CMMS.

Maximo Support and Administration:
Facilitate Maximo access for new personnel. Conduct Maximo training sessions for technical supervisors, planners, technicians, PLM, and other stakeholders utilizing Maximo. Assist PLM and Operations Services teams in integrating their responsibilities into Maximo. Relay Maximo technical challenges to Operations Services and advocate for Regional interests in Maximo review discussions.

Maximo Data Management:
Oversee the Region's preventative maintenance module in Maximo as designated by Enbridge technical committees (i.e. Maintenance Advisory Team (MAT), PLM Technical Committee, and Terminal Operations Committee). Lead the setup of Regional crews and PM assignments.

Collaborate with the Asset Information Management Analyst and Planners to incorporate new project Maximo functional tags, PMs, and asset records into the current system.

Provide assistance in optimizing PM due dates to enhance resource allocation and outage management. Update asset records with relevant documents (i.e. motor and pump rebuild reports, etc.) Work with Planners to create BOM (Bill of Materials) specifications in Maximo.

Weekly Scheduling:
Prioritize OPS maintenance tasks with input from stakeholders. Partner with Maintenance, Operations, PLM, and planners to formulate weekly routine schedules for designated areas. Generate reports including weekly PM completion reports, maintenance KPI reports, compliance reports, environmental reports, and Abnormal Operations reports.

Qualifications:

You possess the following education & experience: A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience OR a suitable combination of formal education and experience.

Strong documentation abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication capabilities. Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Self-driven. Capable of independently analyzing issues and proposing proactive solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
Associates or bachelor's degree.

Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (Maximo, SQL database) General understanding of electrical, mechanical, and operational equipment in the oil/gas sector.


Experience with scheduling software programs. Working Conditions:

Mobility to navigate outdoor conditions that may involve uneven and slippery terrain and to enter and exit excavations.

Agility with the ability to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and other devices using feet and legs, and/or hands and arms.
