DAILY OPERATIONS:
Adherence to the established cleaning schedule and departmental protocols is crucial for maintaining the cleanliness of both tiled and carpeted areas. Responsibilities include:

  • Stripping, waxing, and buffing floors while documenting maintenance activities.
  • Regularly emptying waste receptacles and replacing light bulbs.
  • Assisting with grounds maintenance, including snow removal, lawn care, and garden upkeep.
  • Reporting supply needs to the supervisor.
  • Participating in scheduled training sessions and resident engagement activities.

BUDGET MANAGEMENT:
Contributing to cost control by utilizing equipment and supplies efficiently, while understanding the relationship between facility occupancy and financial health. Adjustments to operational hours may be necessary during periods of low occupancy.

FACILITY MAINTENANCE:
Taking pride in the upkeep of the facility is essential. Responsibilities include:
