  • Review store Profit & Loss Statements and implement sustainable EBITDA growth measures.
  • Recruit and interview applicants to select qualified candidates.
  • Train and coach store team members in Marco's procedures to ensure product quality and a 5-Star Guest experience.
  • Lead and model Marco's cultural beliefs to create an employer of choice experience.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of restaurant general management experience with demonstrable success.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time (10 hours) on any given day.
