Collaborate with Store Support, Field, and Home Office departments to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
Identify and implement process improvements to drive cost savings and waste reduction
Lead a team of four associates to deliver BOPIS program management, execute procurement and storage solutions functions, and strategy

Qualifications

5 years of experience leading an operational team
Proven ability to work with business leaders to develop operational, omnichannel strategies and solutions
Strong ability and desire to work collaboratively
Ability to prioritize multiple requests and take appropriate action
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment
