SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome members and guests, addressing inquiries and offering assistance as needed.
  • Guide members and guests in their food and beverage choices by detailing special offerings, answering questions about food preparation, recording selections, and promoting additional items when appropriate.
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality, and packaging take-out orders as required.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting service area by ensuring that display foods are attractively presented, tables and counters are tidy, and equipment is in good working order. Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage conditions.
  • Perform cleaning duties for the Snack Shop and related equipment.
  • Comply with company policies regarding attendance, timekeeping, dress code, and safety protocols.
