Tax Office Manager

We are seeking a skilled leader to manage our tax offices and drive growth. As a Multi-Unit Team Leader, you will oversee multiple offices, providing leadership and development to associates, delivering exceptional client experiences, and achieving growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office staffing, operations, and logistics for multiple offices
- Partner with the District General Manager to create and implement office-level growth plans and client growth targets
- Assist in recruiting and interviewing candidates for tax office associate positions
- Conduct timely performance reviews and resolve associate issues
- Lead daily team meetings and communicate essential information to tax office associates
Requirements:
- People management experience with a demonstrated ability to grow and develop associates
- Demonstrated aptitude for growth plan execution and ability to lead towards a growth culture
- Strong decision-making and judgment skills, with the ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset
- Computer proficiency with the ability to use MS Office
