New Business Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled New Business Director to join our team at Venables Bell and Partners. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and development, identifying and pursuing new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive new business strategy to drive growth and revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and pitch new business proposals
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, industry partners, and consultants
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform new business strategies
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a creative advertising agency, with a proven track record of new business growth and development
  • Strong network of industry contacts and relationships with clients and consultants
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel regularly for networking events and client meetings
