**About the Role**

Guayaki Yerba Mate is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our brand's social media strategy and execute our online presence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media plan that aligns with our business objectives and brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that drives engagement, increases followers, and enhances brand awareness.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and adjust our strategy accordingly.
  • Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our strategy remains effective and competitive.
  • Develop and maintain social media guidelines and ensure all content meets our brand standards.
  • Provide regular social media performance reports to our leadership team and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of success in driving engagement and growth.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their features, capabilities, and best practices.
  • Excellent content creation and curation skills, with the ability to develop high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and analyze social media metrics and adjust our strategy accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
