Job Overview:- This role involves organizing patient care, prioritizing tasks, and delegating responsibilities to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Collaboration with the nursing team is essential to enhance overall quality of care, patient experience, and cost-effectiveness.
- Our RNs are expected to facilitate a learning environment for patients, families, and healthcare staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent within five years of hire; 15+ years of service or internal candidates hired before January 1, 2021 may be considered in lieu of an education agreement.
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS).
- Current BLS Certification.
- National Certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing preferred.
- One year of Home Health or Hospice experience preferred.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $73,414 - $131,923, based on location and level of experience.
