Job Overview:
  • This role involves organizing patient care, prioritizing tasks, and delegating responsibilities to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Collaboration with the nursing team is essential to enhance overall quality of care, patient experience, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Our RNs are expected to facilitate a learning environment for patients, families, and healthcare staff.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent within five years of hire; 15+ years of service or internal candidates hired before January 1, 2021 may be considered in lieu of an education agreement.
  • Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS).
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • National Certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing preferred.
  • One year of Home Health or Hospice experience preferred.

Salary Range:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $73,414 - $131,923, based on location and level of experience.
