About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Manager for our Hospice service in Richland and Lexington Counties.

Job Summary

This is a full-time opportunity responsible for the clinical management and supervision of patient care services provided by our agency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in hospice care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that patient care services are delivered in accordance with company policies, federal and state regulations, and accrediting bodies.
  • Supervise clinical operations to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Approve services provided to hospice recipients to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
  • Review medical records to ensure documentation meets company standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • An Associate degree from an accredited school of nursing is required.
  • The candidate must be currently licensed as an RN in the state of SC.
  • A minimum of two years of nursing experience is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of hospice supervisory experience is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
