Job Title: Hospice Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced clinical supervisor to oversee the coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services for our patients requiring end-of-life care.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical setting, including home health or hospice environments.

This role is responsible for managing a team to ensure high-quality patient care, providing education on clinical practice and regulatory changes, and orienting new employees.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred)
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs
