Job Title: RIDE Front Desk Team Member

Job Summary:

The RIDE Front Desk Team Member is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience at our studios. This role requires a strong passion for fitness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Experience: Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their visit.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including checking in clients, handling membership inquiries, and processing transactions.
  • Communication: Respond to client inquiries, provide information on studio promotions and events, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the studio team to ensure seamless operations, including cleaning and maintenance of the studio.
  • Fuel Bar Operations: Assist with Fuel Bar operations, including preparing and serving protein smoothies, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work atmosphere.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required.
What We Offer:

As a RIDE Front Desk Team Member at Barry's, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a competitive hourly rate of $16.50.
