Hyperscale Data Center Project Lead

Prime Data Centers requires a highly skilled Sr. Construction Project Manager to lead hyperscale data center projects from start to finish. With 8+ years of commercial construction management experience and 5+ years in hyperscale data center development, you will be responsible for project planning, execution, and monitoring.

You will work closely with the project team, including operations, designers, engineers, procurement, vendors, and facilities staff, to ensure successful project delivery. Effective project management and communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor hyperscale data center projects
  • Communicate effectively with project teams
  • Develop and implement project schedules and cash flow forecasts
  • Conduct regular project status updates

The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $190,000, with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage.
