Compensation:

$80,000+ at plan commission

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the closing process to ensure clients experience a seamless transaction.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to expand the sales pipeline.
  • Foster relationships with clients to drive additional sales.
  • Meet with clients to understand their home preferences and fulfill their needs.
  • Utilize local knowledge to address inquiries about potential homes and neighborhoods.
  • Conduct comparative market analyses to assess property values.
  • Negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
  • Guide clients through the buying and selling process to secure optimal terms.
  • Prepare essential documentation (contracts, leases, etc.).
  • Collaborate with appraisers, lenders, inspectors, and legal professionals.
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Eagerness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for success.
  • Proven sales experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable with cold calling.
  • Must possess a valid NYS Real Estate Salesperson or Associate Broker license.
