Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President of Marketing to lead all aspects of marketing for our self storage business and commercial real estate holdings. The successful candidate will be responsible for elevating the brand of Prime Group Holdings to further its continued growth as a premier private equity company.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute marketing plans to grow Prime Group's brand presence and position among customers, employees, clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Marketing Budget Management: Govern a large marketing budget to support organizational goals and priorities, including site advertising, paid media, social media, and other channels.
- Team Leadership: Lead the Marketing organization, mentor a dynamic team, and effectively liaise with all other departments to drive a collaborative, results-oriented agenda.
- Marketing Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, anticipate opportunities for organic growth, and create marketing research initiatives to drive and optimize marketing efforts.
- Partnership and Relationship Development: Develop highly effective partnerships and relationships with agents, vendors, and industry stakeholders to create opportunities for the company.
- Team Development and Management: Identify and nurture talent, promote team building, and resolve conflicts in a timely and productive manner.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a senior-level marketing role, advertising/media agency, or similar position, with a strong record of increasing responsibilities and accomplishments.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field; MBA/Master's is a plus.
- Skills: Successful background in building brands, developing advertising campaigns, and executing across multiple marketing channels, while maintaining and enhancing corporate ROI, KPIs, Google Analytics, etc.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven ability to form and lead marketing teams to develop creative, effective marketing media, while offering strategic feedback on user experience, design, and messaging strategy.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with senior-level corporate prowess and experience.
