Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supporting initiatives for continuous improvement
- Overseeing root cause analysis and corrective action processes
- Monitoring and enhancing quality metrics through various tools and systems
- Managing technical audit programs effectively
- Coordinating and updating product specifications
- Improving documentation of processes and procedures
- Implementing and maintaining comprehensive quality training programs
- Researching and integrating new quality technologies
- Evaluating opportunities for enhancing the existing Quality Management System (QMS)
- Supervising data analysis for informed decision-making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Experience in a manufacturing quality setting or plastics injection molding
- Professional quality certifications (ASQ, QAI, etc.) are preferred
- Proficiency in advanced computer software applications

- Solid understanding of quality concepts, tools, probability, statistics, engineering processes, and change management
