Position Summary:
The Operations Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting the CVS Store Management team by planning and executing store operations while fostering customer loyalty through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership:
    Collaborate effectively with store management and team members. Supervise store staff by assigning tasks, directing activities, and ensuring follow-through on all responsibilities.
  2. Customer Engagement:
    Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Promote a culture of outstanding customer service by greeting customers, offering assistance, and expressing gratitude. Address customer relations issues in line with company policies to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  3. Merchandising:
    Manage pricing and stocking of merchandise. Support the planning and execution of promotional displays and inventory management for seasonal products.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess strong deductive reasoning, analytical capabilities, and computer proficiency. Advanced communication, supervisory, and influencing skills are essential. Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including early mornings, overnight shifts, and weekends, is required.

Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in a retail supervisory role is advantageous.

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation:
The typical pay range for this position is $24.00 per hour. This range reflects the base hourly rate for all roles within this job grade. Actual salary offers will depend on various factors, including experience and location.
