  • Guarantee compliance with all relevant specifications, regulations, and standards.
  • Drive improvements in reliability and initiate enhancements to manufacturing processes to support better KPIs, such as waste reduction and schedule adherence.
  • Ensure thorough investigation and resolution of all returns and customer complaints, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Oversee the creation and upkeep of operational manuals for production.
  • Establish and maintain processing specifications for manufacturing operations, including chemical ratios and flow rates.
  • Collaborate with key personnel to investigate failures and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to optimize operational costs.
  • Document and address product performance issues as they arise.
  • Operate with a strong focus on daily production fundamentals, including safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Prepare both long-term and short-term plans for machinery and equipment design and modifications.
  • Work alongside the Plant Manager to refine production processes and evaluate new equipment needs.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training and collaboration with other facilities.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of ten years of management experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Experience in production and inventory management, quality assurance, and procurement.
  • Familiarity with database systems and ERP software.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong technical proficiency with database management and analytical skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of supply chain management principles.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Preferred certification in Production and Inventory Control (CPIM).
  • OSHA 10-hour certification is a plus.
