Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive oversight of on-site operations
  • Development and management of project timelines
  • Coordination of contracts, blueprints, and specifications
  • Budget establishment and cost management
  • Identification and rectification of cost discrepancies
  • Assessment of project risks and implementation of mitigation strategies
  • Communication of quality expectations to subcontractors and suppliers
  • Conducting thorough quality assurance inspections
  • Adherence to safety protocols, regulations, and OSHA standards
  • Maintenance of job site cleanliness
  • Preparation of daily time reports for supervised personnel
  • Documentation of daily activities

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications is advantageous
  • Experience in water or heavy civil projects is preferred but not mandatory
  • Willingness to relocate may be necessary for specific roles
  • Compensation Range: $125,000 - $187,000 per year
