Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Foreman to oversee our CA Bay Area and CA Central Valley region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for training and developing field personnel, managing jobsite deliveries, and ensuring the safe and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel regularly to assist and mentor delivery teams in the CA Bay Area and CA Central Valley.
  • Develop and implement effective delivery strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Resolve customer concerns regarding field operations and ensure proper staffing levels for all deliveries.
  • Oversee field personnel training and maintain accurate records.
  • Investigate and report all accidents, incidents, and near misses in a timely manner.
  • Monitor inventory levels and control stock.
  • Ensure the daily completion and submission of all field paperwork.
  • Coordinate and document fleet maintenance and repairs.
  • Monitor licensing and certifications of field personnel.
  • Perform pre-delivery job walks to determine site-specific requirements.
  • Record and report field employee hours accurately and in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, with varying hours between 5:00 am and 4:00 pm.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing a team of delivery professionals and/or commercial fleets.
  • Strong construction industry knowledge and familiarity with drywall and steel stud products.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Superior written, verbal communication, and public speaking skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with consistent follow-through.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel to branches within your assigned region daily.

Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
