Job Summary

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing multiple programs, including the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and continuity outpatient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage clinical staff, including Licensed and Associate professionals
  • Develop and implement new initiatives to drive clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
  • Collaborate with site administrative and clinical staff to address patient letters, complaints, and grievances
  • Provide clinical supervision to Associates and ensure adherence to BACA's policies, procedures, and Standards of Performance
  • Manage performance of all staff affiliated with the site, increasing employee satisfaction and performance
  • Develop and implement budgets, forecasts, and identify areas for further development and/or improvement of services

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in a relevant field
  • Current, valid licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC) in CA
  • 2+ years of supervisor experience
  • Strong computer skills, including Google drive, Google Suite, and Microsoft office products
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, multi-task, and complete time-sensitive projects
